Design
The design of a wiring harness is based on the circuit’s electrical requirements, the environmental conditions the harness must withstand, the level of desired mechanical performance and the degree of electrical isolation.

If required, we are able to design a wiring harness to your specific requirements and produce detailed drawings of the schematic diagram and physical layout. To ensure an optimum fit we offer an on-site mock-up service. This allows us to generate accurate physical drawings and ensures you can see how the wiring harness will fit before it is produced. A well fitting wiring harness significantly contributes to its overall reliability.

All drawings are generated using AutoCad and we are happy to supply both electronic and hard copies of drawings.  

Manufacture
Assembly of our wiring harnesses takes place at our workshop in Northamptonshire, the heart of motorsport country.

Our team of skilled technicians are passionate about motorsport and the part our products play. All of our staff have an extensive understanding of the products, practices and procedures required to manufacture harsh environment wiring harnesses. They also have an exceptional knowledge of Raychem products and Autosport/Milspec connectors. Quality control and 100% testing ensure your wiring harness is fit for purpose.
